December 15

Crazy day yesterday - up all night, slept in this am, late for work, more Christmas shopping, 3 inches of new snow...

Makes a body kind of wonder ...what would it be like to spend Christmas at the beach?

I could decorate my tree with sea shells...

I could build a man made out of sand...
[ Sandbars to Sunsets ]

...While waiting for Sand-ta Clause - he would still find me, right?

...And I'll be hot in the new bathing suit he brings me;

*Sigh* I might as well stop dreaming - It's another COLD Christmas for me.

I think we're finished shopping now (after 3 full days!), but someone's still got to wrap all this ...crap.

Sunday is Grandma's Christmas party, and baby is bringing her boy to meet the family. I hope the experience doesn't scare him away...

I think I'll try something new tonight and get some sleep.

'Night.

Mele Kalikimaka is the thing to say on a bright Hawian Christmas Day
That's the island greeting that we send to you from the land where palm trees sway
Here we know that Christmas will be green and bright
The sun to shine by day and all the stars at night
Mele Kalikimaka is Hawaii's way to say Merry Christmas to you
