Thursday

Had a really nice visit with my sister today.
She looked so good, and acted more like herself than I've seen her in a while. I hope she's on the up-hill track.
We went out to lunch - and she was able to eat actual food. I hope she doesn't pay for that later...

I took her some books to read, but I think I came home with more than I left with. I'm excited to dive into these:

Sunday's at Tiffany's
, James Patterson
Mayflower, Nathaniel Philbrick
The Wednesday Sisters, Meg Waite Clayton
The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, Shaffer & Barrows
Unseen Odds, Shirly Bahlmann

I left Jenny the car to drive herself to work - that was stressful.
