Ok - I'm a bit slow, but I didn't realize that Dec. 8th was THIS weekend until my head hit the pillow last night. So, I was wide awake, and kicking myself for totally wasting the day!
I wasn't able to go to sleep until 4:30, I spent the night looking up places that we need to check out when we get down there, and making lists of things I need to do.
I had a morning shift today. Ouch - all that on no sleep? Looooong day.
Major miracle came by Fed-Ex while I was home for lunch. Took away some major worries :-)
...Feeling so thankful.
A member of my bishoprick stopped by at the store. I told him that I would likely be gone for the rest of the month, so he said they would release me on Sunday.
I asked if I should go ahead and plan the music for December, to which he replied "No. You can just be done." Any other time I might have been offended by that, but all I can feel now is relieved.
Another worry lifted.
So far, things have been falling into place for us. It is such a different feeling - it almost makes me suspicious... Where is the big crash that's coming? I know it's out there somewhere - lurking...
But for the time being, I'm so very grateful.
