What a busy busy week - applied to annex my frontier village, built an Italian villa, a pink castle, a greenhouse, a church, and a post office, lost the war to a rival mob, and staffed my police force.
...But that was only in my tiny little facebook virtual world - I'm afraid real life hasn't been anywhere near that interesting.
Finished a book, and feeling adrift...
I went to the library with a list of about a dozen titles that I would like to look into next, unfortunately, the one title they did had from my list was already out.
Our library is so pathetic.
Visited a few neighbors yesterday, and learned some happy and some sad news.
One lady has become a grandma for the first time, and was beaming out the wahzoo with the news - and one lady passed on the news that another of our neighbors ...passed on this past week.
...One arrival - one departure. That's life.
I actually pulled out my sewing machine this week. Hasn't been touched in... decades?
Nothing fancy, just some pillow cases, but hey, I can still work the thing!
Got the day off and planning to be as lazy as possible...
