Today it is snowing. Happy Spring.
I worked late last night, so was enjoying my sleep immensely - until hubby poked me.
If he hadn't, I would have slept right through church.
I'm both loving and cursing him for it.
Got up and put on my shroud (the long black dress that hides everything, and makes me feel invisible when I don't want to be noticed.)
...Then came home and had a 2 hour nap.
I work again tonight - no rest for the wicked.
Spring is trying so hard to push it's way into our valley - I looked around the yard a bit the other day, and noticed that my tulips are already abt. 10 inches high!
They'll be coloring up soon, and brightening up the ugly brown landscape.
We usually try to celebrate St. Patties day at this house - I went out yesterday and tried to round up some green foods... But since I work mostly nights, I'm not the one doing the cooking any more - I don't even know what they ate here - I had a bowl of cold cereal (not Lucky Charms) and went to bed.
Strange but true - yesterday, Melissa received her diploma. Her bachelor's degree from USU. She only graduated, what? ...8 years ago?
Must have circled the globe a few times first.
I don't like working Sundays, but the one good thing about it is, that it is usually pretty slow. (Knocking wood.)
Speaking of that place - it's time to go.
Hope you had a good green day!
