When Libby was a little girl, she would tell people that when she grew up, she was going to marry "Roger Ploka-Dot" and have a big hamburger cake - I guess this has been a family joke with them all these years! (So Brad's name isn't Roger Ploka-Dot - he was the guy with the purple patches in the kindergarten schoool play, and some of them had polka dots - is that close enough?)
*Funny story -
a day or two after the wedding, I tended the girls, and had a hard time getting Arilie to eat her lunch, so I told her if she would eat it, she could have some cake from the wedding (we had tons of it left-over.) She brightened up and said "can I have a taste of the "crabby patty" cake? That made me laugh - one of the most often asked questions at the wedding was "does it taste like cake, or like hamburger?" LOL!
